Build Advice I need help validating my build

Hi everyone, so i have these two builds

my main issue is that i want to put 4060 ti in the second pcie slot and magewell capture card in the third but 4060 ti Height is 41mm but the third card is two pcie slots apart (40mm) will i have problem fitting the third card ? im not concerned about the heat because 4060 ti will just serve as output card for resolume and wont do any calculations.

I suspect fitting anything more than strictly dual-slot cards in an X670E-Creator will prove difficult, without risers etc - at least, sufficiently cooling.

The ROG Crosshair X670E would give you 4 slot spacing between the x16 slots, but you'd still need a riser out of the lowermost x4.

Not 100% following the use of the 4060TI though - are we strictly talking for video out?
