Hello I'm looking to upgrade my graphic cards from gtx 650ti, I was wondering which brand should I buy from?

I wouldn't buy a reference model card as their fans aren't to great. I would look into a 970 because they are now being released with aftermarket coolers .

Reference cards will be louder, as they use centrifugal fans, which typically run at higher RPM.
If you really want a GTX980, wait a couple weeks, they will arrive.
Otherwise, buy an OC variant, they will be close to the 980 in FullHD. If you run higher resolutions, the 980 gains a bigger advantage.

well depend but i agree with others that you should get no-ref card as it run cooler and more quiet than the ref, but if you gonna play at 1080p then 970 is more than enough as it can outrun 780 at some point, cheaper too, but thats your call
