I need help with 2 networks connections

So my problem is that I have 2 networks connected at the same time with 2 diffrent ip adresses. Is there any way i can control which ip adress each program is using ?

If you know specific IP addresses you want to go one way or the other, you could setup static routes. But you can't have two networks in windows with default gateways. It just doesn't work.
