Hi there, i needed some help putting a PC together for 200

1st thing that came to my mind is that i would have to buy a second-hand PC, but there would not be much left for a GPU

===== GPU WILL BE ADDED LATER ON IN THE FUTURE (thinking about the GTX 1050(ti)====
so here is my orgininal plan, building one from scratch or either upgrading it

Here's what it's currently looking like:

AMD Phenom ii x6 1055T 95W - $60
?? Compatible motherboard ??
DDR3 1333mhz 8gb ram - $20~$35
??Compatible case for the motherboard??
Storage 500gb HDD - $20-$40
PSU minimum 450W EVGA 80+ bronze: $40
OS: $20

OR

Buy a 2nd hand PC with a Phenom chip already in it that supports 95w to the CPU already and change the former processor of the PC to a Phenom ii x6 1055T

3rd option, i buy a i5 3rd gen PC for 170 (complete no gpu)

Solution
the PSU wont run a 750 TI i used a optiplex for a bit and had to run 2 PSU's for the system (one dedicated to the GPU) and due to it all being proprietary there isnt a huge upgrade path if i were you i would try to find really cheap ATX computers on the free ads and pick them up even if you get 3 of them for $30 each thats allot of components that you can use then spend the rest on a decent (new) PSU maybe 500W 80+ and a nice GPU, with the cheap computers make sure at least 2 of them are the correct socket for the CPU you have.

I found a dell optiplex 7010 SFF local for 135, it has an i5 3rd gen ( i5 3470 ) and 8gb of ram, now is the question, will a second-hand 750ti or 950 combo be possible since i don’t know what the PSU is like
