i need help with a cpu over voltage error

I just moved my pc parts to another case, and now in the bios it says cpu over voltage error. How do I fix this and is this a problem with my motherboard or psu?
my motherboard is Asus H110m-k
please ask for more details im generally kinda scared lol.

Hi, I recently moved my computer parts to a new case, and when i booted it up, it says: "cpu overvolt error in the bios" in the American Megatrends page before i go to the bios. The PC runs fine right now but I'm worried. In the bios my motherboard's temperature says something like -50! Is it my motherboard that needs to be replaced or is it my power supply? My motherboard is the ASUS H110M-K. I'm just worried that my other components will be damaged. I will also add a video to show the problem. Go into BIOS and try to change voltage manually.
