[SOLVED] I need help with a decission.

Hi,so i currently have:
  • i3 3240 with 2x8gb of ram
  • 1tb toshiba p300 hdd,
  • r9 380 4g g1,
  • raidmax neon rgb case and chieftec elp 700S 700w psu.
And a 150$ in savings.
I want to buy a 860 evo 250gb which is 60$,a mechanical keyboard which is another 60-70$,a arm for my monitor which is 30$,and on top of that i want to buy a i3 10100F combo which is around 300$.
Currently this system can play LoL,csgo, star wars bf2,nfs 2015 and some lighter games at 60 fps.
What it cannot play at 60 fps is nfs heat, far cry 5 coop (although in some areas im getting 60),gta ONLINE (in story mode im averaging 60-75fps).And i also sometimes struggle with discord and spotify with those games running.
Now i know that the problem is my dual core, but the loading times of pretty much everything are terrible. And the weird thing is that 2 weeks ago i could boot up to windows in like 10 seconds, now its like 40.In that time,i did download bf2 which is what a 100gb's?
But i still have 200-300 gb available on my D drive,on C i dont have any game.
Those games that i cannot play at 60 are perfectly playable in 30fps,since they are AAA titles of course, but with all new hardware comming in,is there going to be a new budget cpu market like for example a 11th gen budget cpu?
Or should i be patient and wait for june, for my highschool year to be over so i can get some money, which will probably round up to be 150$ again, which means i will have enough for i3 10100f.
And no im not buying i7 3770,already tried that and wasted 100$ on that i7 and a new mobo, both of them were faulty unfortunately, and i couldnt get my money back.
Sry if this is long,im just lost at this point
Thoughts?

Solution
Save up until you can afford the CPU/Mobo/RAM combo.
Given your list of wants, I'd purchase them in this order:

  1. Intel Core I3-10100F combo
  2. 860 EVO 256GB SSD
  3. Monitor Arm
  4. Mechanical Keyboard
