The motherboard has a very good on-board audio CODEC. You don't need a discrete card, and would need to spend near $80 to get something better than the on-board audio. So I put the money saved into the CPU and Motherboard.

This also has great voltage regulators and overclocking features for that CPU. 4.4-4.5 GHz should be easily attainable with the Hyper 212 EVO cooler and this board.

The only thing I would change is a better GPU if you can squeze a few more dollars into your budget. Maybe drop the 2 aftermarket fans, fins a case with good fans included, and go for an R7 260x or R9 270.
