I need help with cooling options

Hello!
I want to find the best solution to cool my pc. I have drew (poorly) three options that could use. Of course I'm ready to take up new options as well. At idle pc cpu temps ~37-40 celsius. While gaming temps ~64-76 celsius (depends on which game). I prefer silence before temps but I avoid high temps.

PC Specs:
I7-7700k ocerclocked to 4,6ghz
Msi gaming m5 z270
Asus strix gtx 1080 ti oc 11gb
Phanteks eclipse p400s

First thing to check : do you have enough clearance to fit the Strix 1080ti after you have installed the x62 in push pull config in front?

If you do have enough clearance, x62 in push pull as intake, top just 1 fan as intake above the mobo vrm area and a rear exhaust. It will be be a positive pressure setup.

Am I right that pull means the radiator goes first and then the fans?

The fans are pulling air through the rad = pull.

The fans are pushing air through the rad = push.
