I need help with finding a correct cooler

So, my PC case is the Thermaltake Versa N21 Mid Tower. It's 160mm, but the Hyper Evo 212 is 159mm. It's cutting it a bit close, so I was wondering if there's a smaller one that's about the same or same performance as it. Please help! (Also, it needs to be about $30 or under. It's all I've got 🙁)

The Cryorig H7 performs better for a similar price, and is shorter. The Cryorig M9i performs about the same and is cheaper.
