So I built a gaming computer for myself but I have not even got it to bios it keeps have long a boot loop and take every part out 1 by 1 and got a new motherboard I not now want the problem is

Solution
A BIOS (Basic Input/Output System ) is the basic firmware operating system of the motherboard.

You have to have a CPU installed in your motherboard in order to update the BIOS, the CPU that is installed has to be already compatible the BIOS that's currently installed in order to update it to a new one.

I'm not saying 100% that this is the issue, however assuming you have assembled the PC correctly, there are numerous guide available on youtube

then this is most likely the cause. However as I stated it could also be a bad video card, especially if...
First be sure that your monitor is plugged into the 1050ti video output and not the motherboards.

Second you need to have BIOS version F2 installed in order for that CPU to work. If thats the case without an already compatible CPU installed you cant update the BIOS. You will either need to borrow or take to a PC Repai shop in order for this to be done,

So I need to download something on the cpu

Possibly your BIOS is not up to date. Since your CPU doesn't have integrated graphics it's hard to rule out if you have a faulty graphics card. You would need to borrow a card from somone.

As I said though it's most likely your BIOS is not updated to support the 9100F. You will need to either borrow an already compatible CPU and install it. Or take it to a PC repair shop and pay them to do it.

No. Listen you seem like this is a bit over your technical knowledge so I would strongly suggest looking around your area for a reputable repair shop and pay them to can get you up and running.

The motherboard light from what I can find is simply a power indicator light, however if it is flashing then it could mean you don't have the PSU hooked up correctly. I strongly recommend you watch a how to video as well as consult your motherboard manual in hooking up everything.
