Question I need help with my cat 5 to USB extenders

• CAT5 cable length
• USB hub model (if any)
• Other pheriperals

And - does the keyboard operate normally if that is the only device connected via cat5 cable?

The cable length would be 15 metres
There is no hub just running on the adapters and cable
Other peripherals are mouse and headphones. Them two work fine it's just the keyboard that wont

Most likely thing is you don't have enough power going through the adapter to the keyboard. Try a cheap normal keyboard see if that works.

I just read that the keyboard I have is 2. 0and the extension is 1.1 will that be a problem

Don't know, there is likely a power spec difference. I mean there IS a problem clearly, so something is making it so the keyboard is not working.
