I need help with my gpu!!

Hi,this is my first time on this site so bare with me.

Recently my neighbor gave me his broken/dead gtx 650(yes i know this is old gpu).
So i installed the gpu in my personal pc and when i start the pc nothing shows up but i hear a loud beep.Any ideas?

Yes i know its a broken card but is there any ways of fixing it?Maybe that trick with oven or maybe its just a bad capasitor?

Well, try those things and see. You usually can find a broken cap pretty easily, when they get damaged they can puff out or crack.

Going to try that out tommorow,and bdw when i start up the pc fans spinn but there is no image.

It didnt work I guess its just a brick.
