I need help with my graphic card

Hi, my pc is:

Intel Core i5 2310
MSI H67MA-E45
8gb DDR3-1333 Kingston
PowerCooler Type-R 550w
WD 500Gb SATA2

and my problem is:

I bought a MSI R7750-PMD2GD3, i installed it and when i try to power on my pc, only the power on light remains on and nothing happen. I tried another videocard and it works fine and i tried the R7750 with another pc and it works fine but in h67 motherboard only remains the power on light and nothing happen, what will be the problem?

Well I'm not familiar with the card or the motherboard, but the problem might be that the card isn't compatible with the motherboard.
