[SOLVED] I need help with my High-end Gaming pc getting low Fps

I got a High-end Gaming PC but I'm getting low FPS on all games like for call-of-duty I'm getting around 90-100 Fps witch I should hit around 150-200 FPS I don't know what to do at this point. I updated everything from GPU Drivers, Motherboards Drivers, Bios-Updated, Updated windows 10 64-Bit and still, nothing here is my spec https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/38960888

I was thinking of doing a full windows 10 clean install again but I don't know I want to do that it will deleted all my files but for it to not work after that I don't think it worth it.

First your memory is running at 2133 you need to set XMP profile.

What cooler for the 9900KS it could be thermal throttling. (it never went into turbo mode)

and how do I set the XMP profile

Open bios, advanced, 2nd tab, look for the docp overclock..

Is the cooler setup correctly? Are you running iCue? Is it set up for gaming profile?

Is the windows power plan set for performance?

What resolution monitor?

Yes the windows power is set on performance
and im on 1080p 144hz monitor
the cooler install correctly yes
I dont know what iCue is sorry and how do I set up for gaming profile

iCue is the program from Corsair that lets you control the H100i cooler and various other Corsair related hardware. Check your temps with HWInfo64 as your CPU seems to thermal throttling.
