I need help with my M/KB.

Hey so I'm new here don't know if I need to post somewhere specific, but i need help with my M/KB not working.

So basically what's going on is I launch bios and the mouse and keyboard is working and it's all good. But once I launch the OS and windows boots up it doesn't light up and respond.

Weirdly enough if I launch it from a different hardrive it works properly (The mouse and keyboard I mean) but all my stuff is on the hard drive with the mouse and keyboard problem. HALP MEEEEE PLZ

I should probably also mention that sometimes when it boots it says ALERT: POWER SENSOR FAILURE like it's about to have a nuclear metldown.
