And what I wanna know is the regular $699 X51 better or worse than this build I am gonna get ?

Your 2 things are better dan the x51 ram is better being 1600mhz pls the graphics card is better
Go with the assembled pc


I wud suggest you to wait for harwell i3 processor and den pik ur choice
