Hello, i want to know if there is any bottleneck between this components. And is a heatsick really necessary for my cpu?

HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHZ
VIdeo card: SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 280 3GB DUAL-X
Motherboard: ASUS H97M-E
Cpu: Intel Core i5 4590 Haswell 3.3GHz
Case: Sentey GS-6000 II OPTIMUS
PSU: Sentey 650w ERP650-PS (i don´t know if this one can support the other components but it´s cheaper, so it´s better for my pocket)
OR SENTEY SOLID POWER 750 SDP-SS 80PLUS
DVD reader: LG 48XCD -24XDVD

I´m not able to afford for a better pc so please don´t suggest me things that are more expensive than the components i´ve already mentioned. Thanks

So is that PSU you´ve said better than SENTEY SOLID POWER 750 SDP-SS 80PLUS? I don´t know very much about PSU but will a 650w PSU be able to feed all that components?

Yes obviously antec HCG is made by seasonic and the seasonic 620 is also a very good choice for you also you can go for xfx 650 at the same price range its also made by seasonic so quality wise they are same.

I live in Argentina and those PSUs aren´t avaliable here. I´ve been searching for other PSUs and i´ve found these ones:

Sentey 650w ERP650-PS (No 80plus)
SENTEY 750w SDP-SS (80PLUS white)
SENTEY EPP650-PS (80plus bronze)
Aerocool Strike X 600w 80 Plus Bronze

I have to choose between them because they are at almost the same price here.

I´m afraid not, there isn´t any tier 1 or 2 PSU at a reasonable price here. I think I´ll have to buy one of the PSUs i´ve already mentioned, so which one will be better? (I know they can´t even be compared with the PSUs you´ve said but i need to buy one). Another thing i wanted to know is if i need a heatsick for the CPU.

Good news! i´ve found that a shop sells SeaSonic M12II 650W 80 Plus Broze Modular and SeaSonic M12II 620W EVO Edition 80 Plus Bronze Full Modular. Which one should i buy?
