I need help with my PC Please!!

I dont know what's going on but whatever game I play it always micro stutters and has made me almost never be able to play games like R6, Fortnite, Gta 5, BO4, Destiny.. All of my temps are ok gpu sits around 64c and cpu sits at 50c.. I tried looking it up online, I've tried to reset my pc, lower settings, update drivers, but heres the thing, games would be able to play amazingly 5 months ago with no problems so I just dont know I didnt change anything in my pc just started to happen on R6, then all the other games.. heres my pc specs

I5 4670k (not oc)
Q87M-E mobo
Gtx 970 Amp extreme by Zotac
250gb samsung ssd
1tb firecuda
Hyper 212 evo
16gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
650wat evga psu

Anything would help, I dont have any money to spend on new pc parts so..

Can you explain a bit more detailed what you mean with "micro stutter"?
Picture is shaking, becomes slightly garbled, distorted? And is it only in games? What if you watch a video on Youtube f.ex.?
