Question I need help with my pc

so I just finished building my pc like 2 days ago and it was working great until today when I start up a game the screen starts flickering and making a pop sound my specs are ryzen 5 3600 and rx 580

Like its nothing really happening to the computer its when I go to play something like gta v it starts putting like static on my screen then goes away, sometimes it changes the resolution im not sure about the psu but the motherboard is a asrock a320m hdv and I have 16gb of ram
