it doesn't print and when i go to the printers in my system to find minds it doesn't show my printer so what should i do should i go bye another

Go to device manager. Click on View.

Click on Show hidden devices.

Scroll down to Printers...

Right click your printer, Update driver.

Did this help ? Also do you have the CD that came with printer ? If so, delete the printer and reinstall, then check for updated drivers.
