[SOLVED] I need help with my steam account

So, I have a steam guard mobile authentication. Problem is:
It doesn't work.
I recently reset my iPhone to factory settings, and re-installed the steam mobile app, only to be met with the authentication menu, instead of my codes.
I have lost the recovery code as well, and I have used a $20 steam wallet code on the account, but im not sure where it is. Pretty sure it was thrown away a while ago.
Can any1 help me pls?

I would use text messages to get my account back, but for some reason, my phone won't recieve text messages at all.

Just contacted them yesterday, they e-mailed me asking me to provide proof of ownership of my account.
Only proof of ownership I have is some community market purchases, and a $20 steam wallet code I threw away a long time ago

Well, they are the only ones that can 'fix' this.
