I need help with NEW PC!

Hi guys!
I'm trying to build a new PC with new parts and my current components! I'm not an expert in this area, so I need help with that ...

My current PC is the "HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF", so I can not upgrade my PC with a 240W PSU and little space!

My current compontents: (I want keep that)

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 1x 4GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
Storage: 465GB Hitachi HDS721050CLA660 (SATA)
Optical Drives: HP DVD-RAM GH80N


Components I want to buy:

Motherboard: MSI H61M-P31/W8 Micro ATX LGA1155

I have chosen these items for their low price, I am from Venezuela and it is difficult for me to get the money, especially if it is to spend it on this, but it is something I really want...
If you think there may be a better option without altering much the price, please comment!

That logisys psu is seriously one of thecworst power supplies you can buy. Its absolute garbage. You are not going to find a good psu for $20. Your looking at ~$50 for a good quality psu.

Well, I chose that for its price, but I suppose it is better to spend something more to regret later and have to pay more for some repair...

What do you think about this?!

Mobo and gpu look ok. But you may want to look into a ram upgrade. 4gb is goingbto hold you back in some games.

Did you look at your case and that power supply and video card? Do some measuring and let us know what you find.
