I have Kingston HyperX 2x8gb 2133Mhz memory, AMD FX-8350 processor and Asrock 970A-G/3.1 motherboard. The problem is that my RAM only runs at 1333Mhz, I did a couple hours of research on this but couldn't find anything useful. And I am not a expert in pc specs either so I ask you guys for help.

And I also would like to run my processor at 4,5Ghz (I tried 5 times to overclock it but I can't) first I tried at 4,2Ghz and I did a stress test for 3 minutes, everything was fine, then I wanted to do the same but on 4,4Ghz but my pc just won't boot :( so I go back to 4,2Ghz because I thought it was stable, but it wasn't (I played H1Z1 KOTK and after 10mins my pc crushes) so I would like to get helped in both things (every part of my pc is just 3-4 months old if that matters)

If you want to overclock the FX 8350 cpu first of all make sure you have an after market cpu cooler fitted to it and you are not using the stock AMD cpu cooler that came with the cpu.

Any overclocking you do to the system should be done in the advanced bios settings of the motherboard and manually set up by yourself.

Don`t bother to use any overclocking feature that is supplied by the motherboard`s bios as an option or any software used within windows to overclock the cpu, or memory of your system.

First things first !.

Turn off AMD cool and quiet in the bios settings.

Make sure by looking in the bios that the XMP memory option is enabled in your bios settings.

In your advanced bios settings you will have the option to change the cpu multiplier value.
The base clock frequency set for the cpu and memory of your system 200 Mhz.

The ability to change the North bridge speed, related to memory.
And the HT Hyper Transport Speed of the motherboard.

The voltage you can apply to the cpu core of the FX 8350 cpu you have, needed for when overclocking the chip in speed.

To get the FX cpu up to 4.5GHz simply set the multiplier value to 22.5 and the core voltage of the Cpu to 1.36 v.

For the memory choose the manual option setup, and select the speed of 2133Mhz, leave the base clock frequency set to 200 Mhz.

Set your North bridge frequency to 2400 Mhz.
And the HT speed can be set to either 2400Mhz or 2600Mhz settings.

Save all of the changes you made in the bios before you exit it.

Test the system if it crashes or freezes then you may have to slightly increase the cpu core voltage by a 0.250 Mv in the bios.

A high cpu temp of around 69c will and can cause the system to freeze or crash.

And why I stress not to use a Amd stock cpu cooler to cool the cpu.
