I plan on building a PC in late June early July. I have a list but I'd like a confirmation, recommendations, or even builds. So what I need/want: My budget is around $1000 I want a PC for gaming and light video editing for YouTube and I even plan on streaming a little. I want this to be a aesthetically pleasing build! I was thinking white and black with RGB (NZXT HUE+) but I'm always up for suggestions.

This is my current build plan:

FYI this will be my first build...

If you dont NEED to tiny build I would at least get a mATX build with something like corsair 88R or Phantecks or Fractial Mini cases.
Itx is going to really limit your options as well as cooling ability.

while naturally i7 would be better, i5 is spot on for gaming with mild video editing. Another consideration since you can wait off is seeing what sort of optimizaitons and improviement come from ryzen.

Water AIO coolers offer very little improvement over air coolers, but I understand in your situation with a small case, but still wanted to point that out.

Dont bother with Hybrid/SSHD drives. They wont give you much improvement vs the price, if you cant afford a samsung 850 evo then at least a 120gb PNY CS1311 will still be way better

I would probably go for the x52 or even x62 if you have the space in your case. It is pretty good for $1000, but do you really want the round case? I would probably go with an S340 for the case, but if you want the manta, that's fine too.

You might want an ATX motherboard, though. The mini itx board is a bit small...

Your making some very basic mistakes.
1. your spending way to much on the case but no biggie to me if you like the looks.
2. only 8GB of memory with only 2 slots on the board. This was fine 3 years ago but now is border line.
3. To much on looks you can add the RGB lighting later get the best performance parts for your money first then add looks if you must.
4. Gimmick hard drive who really cares if it decreases your boot time from 2 minutes to 1.5 minute (it will help your gaming performance 0). You can always add another drive when you start to run out of room a 1TB will hold a ton of stuff.
5. Built in WIFI, it's always best to have a direct link the next best thing to that if the router is in your house is this it will out perform any WIFI card. ( gets plugged directly into the wall socket not a power strip) Plug and play nothing to download.

6. A 120 buck CPU cooler with a none overclocking motherboard.
7. Don't take any of this the wrong way I just think you have some priorities wrong. A lot of low priced cosmetic things can be added later after you get the best performance for your money.
Example 100% crushes your performance for less money. i7 7700, 16GB of memory (the tops can be painted white if you wish faster speed than you have) GTX 1070 card. Will be much better at streaming with the i7.

Example 100% crushing your performance using the case you picked, just missing the RGB lighting (add that later) i7, 16GB of memory, GTX 1070, Stock cooler but you can add a 60 buck H60 later if your wish or a 19 buck Cryorig M9i.

You can add the Water cooler like a H60 for 50 bucks ( plenty of cooling for that processor), the RGB lighting, and I would also add a SSD for the OS and programs later, but it will give a lot better performance till you get it looking like you wish. Nothing wrong with a work in progress to get the killer performance.
