I Need Help With Rebate

I order a EVGA 750 B2 from NCIX last week and it was supposed to come with a mail in rebate of $30. Well it arrived today and I didn't see and kind of form for me to fill out in the box that the psu came or inside the psu box. Did they not send me my rebate? If they didn't what do I have to do to let them know it didn't send? Or is it not supposed to come in the box? Plz help. Thanks!

You have to print out the rebate form yourself, should have been listed on the website you bought it from.

The whole point of rebates is it gives the illusion of a sale because they know most people will either never send in the form or fill it out wrong so they don't have to give everyone one the rebate money.
