I need help with the Corsair Software

Well, a few days ago I bought a Corsair Strafe RGB and I tried to install the ICUE but it doesn't work, it opens a window that says: preparing for installation and suddenly it closes and nothing happen.
I have tried everything and nothing works, pls help. 🙁

Corsair's icue software is a work in progress as far as compatibility goes with other brands of software that are used for Fan Speed, Macros, and RGB.
