Can someone help me out, soon im going to buy these items to build my first pc. But i need an opinion it.

That's a great build overall.

However, since you're going with quality parts overall you might want to add an SSD as well as upgrading your RAM to 3200Mhz.

Also, keep in mind that X470 motherboards is for SLI, if you're not planing on using it, you could opt for a high-end B450 motherboard instead and save some money.

Lot more powerful and well balanced build which can push decent enough frames(in majority of games) for high refresh rate monitor. All are high quality components.
