Solution Colif Dec 11, 2016 Are you running win 8 still as you posted in win 10 forums? If you had win 8 & upgraded to win 10 last year, you can use this to reuse your win 10 install on new build: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/20530/windows-10-reactivating-after-hardware-change If you are still on Win 8.1, I think you would need to be a new windows licence still.
