I Need Help With Total Annihilation the game.

Hi i have a problem i brought Total Annihilation on steam it dose work it loads up but the problem is the screen.. When i load the game the whole screen shifts over to the right apart from the game that stays still.

I have two monitors so Everything Apart from my Icons everything else like OBS & open file's move's over to that second monitor like some kind of glitch but When i exit the game everything move's back i.e OBS & open file's. Again my icons don't move

Also after i complete a level in the game when it's loading the next level the game closes down into a small black box in the top left hand corner of the screen then resets it self after a few seconds.

I'm using Windows 10 by the way.. it works with non of the Box's being ticked in compatibility in properties I've tried every combination from win95-win8 8-bit 16-bit 640x480 DPI Disable full screen AND admin. SO if have any ideas thank you.

Don't worry i figured it out by my self Thank's Total Annihilation only works well with one monitor ON.
if i have the other monitor ON everything gets moved over to that one. It sucks because obs is behind the game so
i can't see how well the recording is going.. Also i had turn down the in game resolution in visuals to 1680x1050
because if i left it at Max 1920x1080 every time i finished a level the game would close down into a small black screen
in the top left hand corner. So if anyone can figure out how it's even possible to use both monitors that would be great.
