I want to upgrade my pc here are my specs:
CPU:Intel Core i5 4590 3.3ghz
Motherboard:Asus H97 Pro Gamer
GPU:MSI Gaming 4G Nvidia Geforce GTX970 4GB 256bts
RAM:Kingston DDR3 16GB CL10
PSU:500W
What do you suggest me to do?

Wait until there's something worthwhile to upgrade, the only thing I don't see is a SSD mentioned which I assume you have one. If not that'd be the only thing I'd touch on your build.

Probably won't get 144 fps in all cases but if you'll drop the eye candy a bit most titles should break 100 pretty easily

^ Above. 144hz in esport titles is easy, but not so much for AAA games. For that, you need a GTX 1080.
