Yes it will work.better get gt 640,gtx 650 instead of gt 430.

Ok next question, because the product was out allready, ive been suggested to buy another one. What they did suggest was:
nVidia GeForce GT630 1GB DDR3 128BIT, does this card go with my motherboard P31-S3G?
