I need help!

Okay. Almost everytime I try to play a multiplayer game
of 'Age of Empires II: The Conquerors' on MSN Zone, there
is someone who I have a problem with... I am unable to
see a ping (latency) reads "N/A")or name. And when I try
to play a game with them, the following message comes up:
Error connecting to player 'x'. (IP Masquerading systems
such as Internet Connection Sharing, NAT, etc.; are not
yet supported.) If someone can help me out I would be
extremely pleased and thankful. Thanks!!

The latency isn't necessarily a problem; some isp's don't allow pings.

The individual probably has NAT, a firewall, router or another cause for
the problem. Suggest they look here:
