I need help

I was stupid and decided to buy a new gpu to a old pc that is bad. I bought a Msi radeon r9 290 4gb with a new power supply, I need help with parts if i had to build a new pc , I have the Gpu,Power Supply,1tb hdd,8gb of ddr3 ram.
So what part should i use for the following things ; Cpu,Motherboard,Case,Fans And sound card (Correct me if i need more parts.) And my budget is about 750usd or maybe more.

4690K, Asus Z97 Hero, CM HAF 912 case - that's about $500, will also prob want a CPU cooler, look at the Hyper 212 EVO about $35, the Hero has very good sound so prob don't even need a sound card (I don't use one with my Hero, in Sig)

So the i5 4690k , MAXIMUS VII HERO (z97 hero) and the hypher 212 EVO , So is that good for gaming? , and if i wanted the ram for the z97 what ram should i get?

I'd look at a minimum of 2x4GB, 1866/9 1866 sticks like the Snipers or even better 1866/8 Tridents
