Does anyone know where i can get my custom pc built? I cant build it myself. Is there like a website/store.

Yea certainly! I have 2 computers from http://www.ibuypower.com/
Both shipped well, and I have not a single problem, great customer service too! If you have any questions about picking parts, just ask.
Also I have heard cyberpowerpc is pretty good bang for the buck, but I do not have personal experience.

All you need is a screw driver and to learn a few skills . Easy

No, there could be small local computer shops that would do it for him, he'd have to ask.
Or if that doesn't work, try asking around on facebook if anyone nearby can.
