i accidently deleted my admin profile on my windows 7 laptop andd now do not have the permissions to do anything such as system restore

Then have someone else log in with their admin account and have them do it. And don't try to tell us there is no other admin account - Windows won't let you delete the only non-hidden admin account. And to do it accidentally? Sounds like garbage.
