I need help !

Hi everyone i have an asus X555LA for about a year now and I've never had a problem. Suddenly i get a unwanted upgrade, i can't connect to wifi it kept kicking me out of the internet and netflix page then it wouldn't restart or anything else. Now i can't login or reset it turns on and off by it self i had to press the power and shift button just to get to turn off all the way. Im so frustrated i don't know what to do. I will apreciat the help.

Was it a Windows update, was it an adware, was it a third party software update ?
Did you complete it? Did you forcefully shut down windows ?
When it turns on does it get to the Windows logo ? Does it turn off before that ?
Was the upgrade by any chance to Windows 10 ? Because if that's the case Microsoft just played a number on you and even if you use the recovery partition the upgrade will still happen.
