i need help

I have a question here, my pc is getting old and I have to improve it but I do not know what parts compensates more change I was thinking of changing the graphics card to a 1070 or so letting it be that it is and changing the cpu and disk For a 4690k i5 and a ssd SAMSUNG SERIES 850 EVO ULTRASLIM 500GB. Please tell me what is more worth it
My pc config:
CPU: i5 4460
GPU: 960G1Gaming 2gb
Disk: Seagate barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA III 3.5

If you are doing gaming then get the 1070
the i5 4460 is still really good and does not need to be changed

Also the SSD will be a big upgrade in boot and loading times you should get 1 later.

what motherboard do you have? If its not a z97 then getting a 4690k will be a waist of money since you cant OC it.
