I Need Help

I recently purchased a laptop with 128GB storage but i useI all of it downloading the motherboard, how am I supposed to download the CPU and memory now?

You go to settings then you select hardware then update.

Those are drivers (software) not hardware. Hardware is physical stuff you can't download. If you are running out of space on hard disk you could go laptop's manufacturer's site and download drivers to a USB memory stick.
You could also run Disk Cleanup to make some free space on the disk and/or delete unnecessary stuff from disk.
