hi i order 64gb micro sd, but i can copy only 12 item video files after that its dont open what can i do please help

Please can you provide a bit more details?

I guess current file system is hindering the movement of data. Format the memory card using the file system other than default file system,when you click on the format option, swapping between file system would be in a drop down saying file system, change it to NTFS. It will help
