Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
System Model: HP Compaq dc7900 Small Form Factor
BIOS: Default System BIOS
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz

Solution
Given that you have a very weak PSU (as most brand-name prebuilts do), you don't have many options.

You can use only low-profile GPUs (due to height limitations imposed by your case), and then you also have to watch for the power consumption of the GPU. I would not go with a GPU which uses more than 60W if possible.

Your best bet would therefore be a low-profile Nvidia 750Ti:

Still, the game you mentioned is quite hungry on requirements, and you will probably have to compromise on details. Medium/low mix, you could even get 60+ fps, and probably around 30 at high/medium mix. All at 1080p.

two things will limit your selection in video card being able to be used;
1. your power supply, being 240w is a limitator factor
2. the thickness in height of your case will force you to use SLIM video cards and this will also limit your choices.

The "can I run it?" web site : https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/tom-clancys-rainbow-six-siege-beta/12864
indicates the requirements for the game you mention and they are listed as

you could consider the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GT LP (low profile) it needs 300w PSu in requirements but... going for an RX 460 or RX 550 Low profiles would need 500W Power supply. and the GTX 750 Ti LP needs 400w PSu.

like I said your choices are limited because low profile case power supply upgrades are almost non existent.

It is a custom PSU, standard ATX won't fit. You are out of luck in that regard, unfortunately. But you should still be able to use 750Ti. I would not risk it with 1050 or any other 75W card, though - with your PSU being so weak, every watt counts.

your case being a Desktop Slim model uses a custom (lets call it L shaped PSU) and the highest I ever seen for a Dell is 400W-420W and cost like 150$
your better off finding a HP Compaq dc7900 MT Case on ebay or pawn shop and transfer your system into it, then use a standard ATX power supply of your choice, Corsair CXM750 for example and run what ever video card size and power you like.

for example, same computer you have in Medium Tower, W/ Q9400 CPU no Hard drive https://www.ebay.com/itm/HEWLETT-PACKARD-HP-COMPAQ-dc7900-CONVERTIBLE-MINITOWER-TOWER-NO-HARD-DRIVE/152466319301?hash=item237fb367c5:g:bRAAAOSwsW9Ywa8W going for 26$+ship and have according to Hp web site: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-compaq-dc7900-convertible-minitower-pc/3784892/document/c01570345 contains a 365W power supply, but its ATX format so you could change it

as for video cards, the MSI GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI LP is a 75W card and requires 300W PSU

The GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 750Ti LP in comparison, and yes it requires 400W (yes the 750ti uses more power than the 1050ti)

They are actually pretty much equal with 750Ti having slightly lower consumption: 750Ti uses at most 68W, 62W while gaming:

1050Ti uses between 68-71:

Wattage requirements they put online are mostly hugely overrated, they overestimate it to compensate for crap quality PSUs which usually don't deliver even half of their rated power.

But having all that in mind, 1050Ti is a better buy overall, since it is quite a bit faster for the relatively same power usage.
