So Im building a budget [strike]cpu[/strike] system from scratch and I need your help if how much are these parts in total if I were to buy these from a pc shop rather than 2nd hands. The parts are i3 6th gen, 8gb ddr4, h110m motherboard, gtx 1050.

You could just go with the G4560 as it's much cheaper then the i3-6100 and performs nearly the same and I would think at this point that the H110 boards BIOS would be updated to accept that CPU.

Absolute cheapest varies by country. Is there a specific reason for these parts? Coffee Lake and Ryzen offer much better values.

Edit: Also since you are looking at used. You could get a faster but older i5 perhaps i7 or Xeon for the money.

If I were to buy this all in 2nd hand for 17,000 pesos is it worth it? It is almost complete the one thing missing is an 1 tb hdd. 17000 philippine pesos is approx 325 us dollars

Anyways, I've searched prices in the Philipines. You would not want to buy an i3-6100 new. You can buy faster components for less money. Many parts are hard to find. I've put together the best list I can. This build is much faster than the used system you are interested in. I only list these parts as they are cheaper to build new than an i3-6100 system is new.
