I need help

I had an old graphics card 9500gt and i replaced it with rx 460(9500gt was a replacement to hd 6670 that died).So i uninstalled all the drivers and installed the rx460 and i got no signal on my monitor.I tried reinstalling but results were the same so i inserted the 9500gt back but to my suprise i got no signal as well.What is the issue?(note the psu is good)

Old cards output both analog(VGA) and digital signals. New cards only output digital signals. What kind of monitor do you have and how are you connecting it to the videocards?
