My computer wont boot it just freeze in the windows 10 logo is it my hard disk faulty? And i try to reformat but it jus freeze

If it is a laptop, can you please try hard resetting it as explained here?

In case of desktop, please try Clearing CMOS.

Its a desktop sir
This is my specs
I5 8500
Z370 aourus ultra gaming 2.0
2x4 t force delta
1tb wd black

I tried clearing cmos the problem still insist
