Question i need help

hi, my system specs are ryzen 3 2200g,8gb ram and vega 8.How can i see how much v ram i have .And for some reason i cant play any game when i enter fortnite this happen😀X 11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine and if i try entering any other game same happen.Even roblox is laging ! Pls help

Make sure you install the latest driver from here:https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/...processors-radeon-vega-graphics/amd-ryzen-3-0
Then go into bios. There should be a setting under "integrated graphics properties" that lets you change the vram amount. Should be set at 2gb.

Did you go into the bios and make sure Vram is set to 2gb?
What motherboard do you have?

Do you still get the error in fortnite?

Is that a LAPTOP/notebook ? If YES, then try downloading the OEM VGA drivers, and other device drivers, including BIOS and firmware etc. Go to the Laptop manufacturer's website, and try the OEM drivers listed there.

Assuming, you have a Laptop, which Model and brand is it ??

my motherbord is Prime A320M-k and i can find anything with vram in bios i will keep trying

The user manual for that board is about useless.

I would go into Advanced mode in bios and look for Integrated Graphics properties. Then change frame buffer or Vram to 2gb.

They make 2200g laptops? Its a 2200g not a 2200u

Its Pc . I tried putting vram on 3gb then 2gb and nothing same happens.Only thing that change is that now i have 8gb ram 4.52 usable. Bescause nothing happens i put it back to auto , and now its 8gb ram.5.45 usable

DirectX version is 11.2 and it says no problem found

DirectX version is 11.2

Update DX to latest version. DirectX 12 is included with Windows 10. Updates to DirectX 12 related files are only available via Windows Update. No standalone version of DirectX 12 is available.
