Question I need help

I have a problem with my slot ram.
I build a new pc with motherboard MSI B365M Pro-VDH.
For the first boot, I used 4 sticks ram and it works fine and then I'm setting up windows, It stuck on 37% and then I restart it.
after the restart, it won't boot until I check my slot ram.
I got a problem with my slot 3 and 4 it doesn't work anymore.
Is there any solution to fix it?

Did you create you installer for Windows 10 using Windows Media Creation Tools? If you can get into BIOS, can you check and see which version of BIOS you're currently on?
