What do think about this hardware and price ?

It should get the job done. See if you can get 16 gig of RAM out of them

I'd fight hard to find an R5-2600 on sale...

And get a matched set RAM kit, consisting of a pair of 8 GB modules, tested/certified to work together...; you don't want a single stick, which cuts RAM bandwidth in half)
