[SOLVED] I need help.

Hi everyone! Today i will try to explain my problem. Today i got new gpu GTX 1060 3gb. I had windows 7 and i could not install drivers it was pain. I managed to install them and after hour or two nvidia expirience started giving error code 0x0001 and my rockstar launcher just wont start. It's like a little circle loading around my mouse and nothing. I upgraded to windows 10 thought it would fix it and drivers installed automatic. Two or three hours later i started expiriencing same problem. My Windows just start working slow. I am waiting for my new cpu and i hope that it would fix this. But i would love to get some help from you guys. Thanks.
I got: CPU: i3 3220 3.3GHz
GPU: Asus GTX 1060 3gb
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz
Motherboard: H61M-K
PSU: MS 500w
HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200rpm
Edit: couple of my icons get blurry and rebooting and shut down and power up again doesn't help.
So please help me fix this.

Back up your personal data format the hard drive and install windows 10 clean. Upgrades are never worth your time and I mean never
