I just bought

Monitor LED Dahua LM27-B200S VA, 27", Full HD, 100 Hz, VGA×1, HDMI×1, 5ms, and it's stucked at 60hz, i have a rx470 4gb, and it's dosen't work, but, it's working on my brother pc's, and him has rx 480 8gb, can someone help me please?​

What have you tried? How did you connect it?

Sounds like the monitor is capable. As long as you are using an appropriate HDMI cable I don't see why it wouldn't. Just a matter of making sure the display settings are correct.

Things to double check would be graphics driver version, swapping the HDMI cables between the systems, and potentially installing the monitor drivers if available.

VGA certainly won't do 1080p 60hz.
