Hi,I need help with something,I need to know if i can put 9800gt on my motherboard.
My motherboard- Foxconn 945GZ7MC-RS2H - motherboard - micro ATX - i945GZ ( http://reviews.cnet.com/motherboards/foxconn-945gz7mc-rs2h-motherboard/1707-3049_7-32107191.html ).
Also i need to know whats difference between 9800gt 1GB and 9800 512MB,because i heard they are the same on resolution lower than 1600x1050,my maximum resolution is 1440x900.Will I get more FPS with 1GB one on 1440x900 ?
Also does 9800gt 1GB need more than 400W PSU because i saw the 512MB one needs 400W PSU so i dont know if for the 1gb one is 400W PSU enough.

Yeah, only get the 1gb if the price is the same. The power usage differences should be negligible.

ok and what about the motherboard does it support the 9800GT?

As long as it has a PCIe x16 slot it can support any modern video card.

Your motherboard has a PCI-E x16 lane but its only 1.0 (not the newer 2.0), but i think it should still work fine as i think its backwards compatible.
