My cpu fan isn't spinning, my motherboard is on but nothing seems to work. HELP ME

I agree with Lehan, since you can tell your motherboard is on, probably by indicator lights, and nothing seems to work, more than likely, you have a defective motherboard or CPU. Try clearing the CMOS with the onboard jumper, or by removing the battery. This has worked for me in the past. Best!
